Ohhhhhh my fuck I have been working on this for wayyyy too long. But I am so excited that its finally done! After all, this is my first piece of digital art EVER, and it was a good way for me to teach myself how to learn Sai as well as shading. So yeah, I’m pretty proud of this one. Now for those of you who don’t know what this is, I made this for my crossover AU fic, Universe Falls! As you can probably guess, its a crossover between Gravity Falls and Steven Universe! Some mornings you wake up with a persistent image in your head and on good days you can get it down on paper.
This was supposed to be a warm up sketch for the day. Instead it turned into an 11 hour attempt at the art nouveau style featuring Rose and Greg.
I’ve recorded the whole thing. The recorder crashed a few times so HOPEFULLY I got the most of it. It’ll take ages to render though so it might be a day or so before the video goes up. Might see if it’s viable for a print or a shirt!
