There is too many !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But here is my list of favorites per seasons:

Season 1: Father’s day, nice drama,really shows the emotional side of the show, Great job Phil Cornell,that was well written.

Season 2: It’s a tie between “The Christmas Invasion”, “New Earth” ,“School Reunion” but I waould say School Reunion because of Sarah Jane Smith( I never saw her in the classic series but the memories in this episode made me felt like I watched her since along time…

Season 3: Human Nature/Family of Blood: Very nice setting, emotionnal story…

Season 4: Partners in Crime: Awesome comedy by Russel T.Davies, the most funniest reunion between Donna and the Doctor.

Season 5: The Eleventh Hour: Great intro of the new Doctor… Nice job Moffat.

Season 6: The Weeding of River Song: Good drama very good ending of the series,great romance

Season 7: Journey to the Center of the Tardis: Awesome flashbacks of the objects, great story, the most awesome scenario for Doctor Who
